1. Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Condition of the Item:

      • Reason for return or exchange
      • Clear images of the product (if applicable)
    2. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
    3. Ship the product back to us using the address provided by our team.

    🚚 Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.



3. Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, your refund will be credited within 5-7 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
    • If a refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.


4. Order Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • To cancel an order, email us at support@baajaro.com with your order details.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you must request a return after receiving the product.
